Italian cuisine develops over the centuries, since Roman times, with Greek, Arab, Byzantine and new world influences. As with the country, the kitchen also knows many
different regional differences, while maintaining a common line, proper to the Mediterranean diet.
Every day the Chef Vary offers its guests an Italian and contemporary
cuisine, faithful to the rhythm of the seasons and in full respect of the raw material, tradition and the topicality.
A journey in Italy of flavors, from north to south, passing through the many regions of the peninsula, with their products, their typicality; Add to all this the pleasant
company of a high-level chef who will explain the secrets of our kitchen.
Italian cuisine abroad is not perceived IN a correct way: it is sadly shrouded in mystery,
often impoverished and trivialized by a series of places common to really embarrassing traits.
Spaghetti alla carbonara, for example, are a dish whose birth is
relatively recent, whose origins however are not at all certain. A dish with an intense flavor that never leaves you disappointed.
Not to mention another first
creamy and nutritious dish, belonging to the ' poor tradition ' of Italian cuisine: Pasta and beans, or the beans to the bird, of which there are many variants, mainly
related to the territory.
